La Asociación de Puestos de Bolsa de la República Dominicana (APB) escogió a su Junta Directiva para el período 2021-2023, en el marco de la celebración de la Asamblea General Ordinaria Anual correspondiente al año 2021.
El órgano directivo de la APB será presidido por José M. Cuervo Aybar, en representación de Inversiones Popular, filial del Grupo Popular, e integrado por Eric Ramos (BHD León Puesto de Bolsa) como vicepresidente.
Completan la directiva Francina Marte, secretaria por Parval Puesto de Bolsa y Marta Betances, de United Capital, como tesorera.
Como vocales fueron escogidos Antonio Jorge en representación de Excel Puesto de Bolsa, Roberto Cabañas, de Inversiones & Reservas y Víctor García, de Vertex Valores.
Durante la acctividad, Mario Franco, director ejecutivo de la APB, presentó las memorias correspondientes al recién concluido período 2020-2021, destacando los avances logrados por la asociación y el mercado en general, ante un 2020 que estableció retos importantes producto del covid-19.
“La coordinación de los actores del mercado de valores, incluyendo a su regulador, fue vital para asegurar la continuidad del mercado, minimizar el impacto y aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades de inversión”, indicó Franco.
Los recién electos miembros de la Junta Directiva ratificaron su compromiso para seguir colaborando en el fortalecimiento y desarrollo del mercado de valores dominicano.
