Mayo 28, 2021.- Al conmemorarse en República Dominicana el Día de las Madres este próximo domingo 30 de mayo, el Consejo de Productos del Mar de Noruega junto al chef Enmanuel Santos, se han unido para compartir con todos los lectores de este diario una sabrosa y sencilla receta de fácil preparación para compartir como picadera al reunirse la familia y celebrar a la persona más importante de la casa.
Se trata del Dip de Bacalao Noruego con perejil y pimentón, receta sencilla y deliciosa, que puede ser elaborada rápidamente con pocos pasos.
“Al cocinarlo y prepararlo como una crema de untar, el Bacalao Noruego será la atracción de todos en la mesa de este domingo”, asegura el Consejo de Productos del mar de Noruega.
El auténtico Bacalao Noruego es un pescado blanco muy nutritivo con bajo contenido graso, rico en proteínas y además posee variantes de vitamina B, lo cual hace de esta receta una excelente opción saludable y rica para toda la familia.
Dip de Bacalao Noruego, Perejil y Pimentón
Ingredientes:
8 oz de Bacalao Noruego desalado
1 diente de ajo
2 oz de aceite de oliva
1/4 de cucharadita de pimentón ahumado
6 oz de mayonesa
1/4 cucharadita de pimienta negra al gusto
Preparación (4 servicios):
Desalar el Bacalao Noruego y desmenuzarlo.
Lavar el perejil con un poco de agua y 1 gota de cloro o yodo
Luego separar el tallo de las hojas.
Pelar el ajo, majar o picar.
En una sartén a fuego medio-bajo echar el Bacalao Noruego ya desalado con un poco de aceite de oliva y cocer unos 5 minutos removiendo ocasionalmente; una vez listo dejar en reposo.
En un bowl, colocar todos los ingredientes para procesar o licuar.
Una vez procesados el dip estará listo para compartir con familiares y celebrar el Día de las Madres. Servir y acompañar con galletas, casabe o el snack de tu preferencia.
