Milagros de los Santos presidente del Consejo de Administración de General de Seguros, presidió el evento junto a Luz Mateo, ejecutiva de negocios de la sucursal La Romana, así como parte del equipo ejecutivo de la aseguradora, quienes recibieron a Claudia García, Ramón Cáceres, Emilio Vásquez y Juan Bautista Leonardo, presidente, vicepresidente, secretario y tesorero, respectivamente, de ADOCOSE filial Este, además de los miembros vocales y el corredor Fernando Otero.
Durante la cita, De Los Santos resaltó el enfoque de la aseguradora en la trasformación digital como uno de los principales objetivos estratégicos ante las nuevas circunstancias del mercado. A ello responden el lanzamiento de la nueva aplicación móvil, el marbete digital, el portal para reporte de reclamos online y los portales de autogestión Click y Oficina Virtual, donde intermediarios y clientes pueden gestionar sus pólizas desde donde estén, sin necesidad de trasladarse a una sucursal.
Asimismo, enfatizó en el compromiso de la empresa con la excelencia en materia de atención al cliente, destacando la estructura de servicios de la compañía y las herramientas de asistencia disponibles 24/7. “Ofrecer un servicio personalizado, medir lo que hacemos y llevarlo a la excelencia, contando con nuestros clientes e intermediarios como nuestros más valiosos activos es la mejor carta de nuestra institución” señaló De los Santos.
