Santo Domingo, R.D. Junio de 2021.- Conscientes de la importancia de apoyar el proceso de inmunización contra COVID-19 que se sigue en el país, Teleperformance inició a finales de mayo una campaña de vacunación en sus instalaciones de TP República Dominicana, ubicadas en la avenida John F. Kennedy del Distrito Nacional.
La recepción que mostró la campaña entre los colaboradores los primeros días de su implementación hizo posible que la compañía extendiera el beneficio a familiares y proveedores mayores de 18 años, contribuyendo así de manera responsable y con todas las medidas sanitarias en este esfuerzo nacional.
La iniciativa que está financiada por la empresa, tiene el objetivo de apoyar al Programa de Vacunación Ampliado VacúnateRD, del Ministerio de Salud Pública, que a la fecha ha llegado a 5 millones 196 mil 696 dosis aplicadas.
“En Teleperformance hemos afrontado con éxito las complejidades que ha traído la pandemia de COVID-19 garantizando tres principios fundamentales: la protección de colaboradores, conservar las fuentes de empleo y garantizar la continuidad del servicio. Es así que esta campaña social confirma nuestro compromiso de velar por el bienestar de nuestra gente y sus familiares, además de contribuir a los esfuerzos que el gobierno dominicano está implementando para superar la pandemia.” Comentó Armando Pichardo, Director Regional Teleperformance República Dominicana y Costa Rica.
En la etapa inicial, el Módulo de Vacunación de Teleperformance ha aplicado más de 350 primeras dosis de la vacuna contra el COVID-19 a colaboradores, familiares y proveedores. Sin embargo, la expectativa de la compañía es conseguir que el 80% de su fuerza laboral quede vacunada al cierre de junio.
