Santo Domingo, R.D. La Dirección General de Pasaportes (DGP) informó que está ofreciendo el servicio a los ciudadanos que llegan a esa dependencia con actas de nacimiento sin legalizar, como lo estableció la Junta Central Electoral.
Para la emisión y renovación del documento de viaje sólo se necesita el número de evento, el cual se encuentra en la parte superior derecha del acta de nacimiento.
El director general también informó que todo el que llegue con su acta de nacimiento legalizada recibirá el servicio en cada una de las dependencias de la DGP.
Néstor Julio Cruz Pichardo también destacó el trabajo de calidad, humano y eficiente que realizan los empleados y funcionarios de la Oficina de Libre Acceso a la Información de la Dirección General de Pasaportes.
En ese sentido, el funcionario dijo que esa labor le ha permitido a esa institución obtener la máxima puntuación en transparencia, cien por ciento, al ser calificada por la Dirección de Ética e Integridad Gubernamental.
“Lograr un 100 por ciento en Transparencia Gubernamental, produce la satisfacción de que estamos cumpliendo con nuestro deber”, agregó Cruz Pichardo.
