Santo Domingo, R.D. Julio 19, 2021.- El doctor Rafael Alburquerque, afirmó que el Partido Fuerza del Pueblo (FP no puede concertar alianza electoral con el Partido de la Liberación Dominicana (PLD) porque “la cúpula” de esa organización quiso romper el orden constitucional, aunque dijo que no existe contradicción con la dirigencia media y la base peledeista, “con la que hemos luchado juntos por muchos años”.
Alburquerque, ex vicepresidente de la Republica, dijo que quienes hoy militan en la FP “nos fuimos del PLD por una lucha en reclamo del respeto a la Constitución, que se quiso violentar desde el 2015, lo que pudo evitarse con el acuerdo de 15 puntos concertado en el 2015, que dijo también fue violentado.
“No podemos llegar a acuerdo con esa cúpula, sobre todo por la forma que actuaron contra la Constitución”, pero insistió en que no hay contradicción con la dirigencia media ni la base de ese partido”.
Dijo que quienes hoy forman parte de Fuerza del Pueblo se fueron del PLD porque dirigentes de ese partido intentaron desde el Poder violentar la Constitución de la Republica, por lo que “no podemos llegar a acuerdo con esa cúpula”.
Las declaraciones del doctor Alburquerque fueron ofrecidas al comparecer como invitado al programa A rajatabla que produce el periodista Orión Mejía, por los canales de televisión TeleradioAmerica y SuperTV 55, de Santiago.
Definió como “muy difícil” que se llegue a concretizar algún acuerdo electoral entre Fuerza del Pueblo y PLD, pero dijo que su organización recibiría de buen agrado el respaldo de la dirigencia media y de las bases peledeistas, con las que dijo han trabajado durante muchos años.
Aumento de salario
Alburquerque estimo como muy importante que haya acordado un incremento salarial mínimo, pero rechazo que se trate de un aumento salarial histórico, porque los anteriores fueron de un 20% para todos los niveles, en tanto que el aplicado representa un 19% para las grandes empresas y un porcentaje menor para las pequeñas y micro empresas.
Llamo la atención sobre la reclasificación empresarial establecida con ese aumento del salario mínimo, que ahora será determinada por número de empleados y ventas brutas,, lo que conllevaría a maniobras de muchas empresas clasificadas antes como medianas para configurarse como pequeñas y estas como micro, con lo cual se evadiría cumplir con el nivel de incremento salarial.
Corrupción
El jurista y dirigente político cree posible que el tema de la corrupción domine el ambiente electoral, porque el Ministerio Público ha dicho que tiene más de cien expedientes en curso, aunque dijo que su partido aboga siempre por el respeto al debido proceso y a la presunción de la inocencia, pero también por la aplicación de sanciones penales contra quienes se compruebe culpabilidad.
Critico que los encartados en expedientes de corrupción sean trasladados a salas de audiencias en medio de mucha aparatosidad policial, con cascos y chalecos de seguridad, contrario a España donde los justiciables son conducidos por dos o tres policías sin portar metralletas ni fusiles.
