Santo Domingo, D.N. – El Banco Popular Dominicano anunció la séptima versión del Foro Empresarial Impulsa, que se enfocará en capacitar y ayudar a las pequeñas y medianas empresas dominicanas a incrementar sus ventas, apoyándose en la transformación digital.
El evento se realizará el próximo miércoles 24 de febrero de manera virtual y gratuita, de 10:00 de la mañana a 1:00 de la tarde, con la participación de expertos nacionales e internacionales. Los interesados deben inscribirse en el portal https://www.impulsapopular.com/foroimpulsa/
El Foro Empresarial Impulsa forma parte de la iniciativa Impulsa Popular, un portafolio de productos y servicios diseñado para responder a las necesidades de las pymes y los emprendimientos, y que cuenta con herramientas para impulsar su competitividad.
En las circunstancias actuales provocadas por los efectos de la pandemia, el contenido de este foro centrado en la digitalización de las pymes se convierte en una cita de sumo interés para este segmento empresarial.
Estrategias para la visión digital
El evento contará con ponencias y cápsulas informativas de expertos de varios países de Iberoamérica. También se compartirán historias de transformación, con testimonios de clientes que han adaptado sus negocios al ámbito digital y han aprovechado las ventajas de la virtualidad para incrementar sus ventas.
El conferencista Gabriel Alzate, gerente de innovación y transformación digital para Latinoamérica en Sophos Solutions y autor de metodologías para implementar estrategias de transformación digital, hablará sobre cómo reinventar el modelo de negocio y hacerse fuerte en este escenario.
“Potencia los ingresos: el futuro de tu comercio dentro y fuera del Internet” es el título de la segunda exposición, a cargo de Jenny Izaguirre, gerente de operaciones en Shopify.com, especialista en comercio electrónico y emprendimiento digital, y consultora de negocios digitales para autónomos y pequeñas empresas.
La sigue Eugene Rault Grullón, gerente general de Servicios Digitales Popular, que explicará la incidencia de las últimas tendencias en medios de pago para ser una empresa ágil y liderar el mercado.
Finalmente, el cierre de la jornada lo trae Juan Carlos Alcaide, experto en experiencia y retención de clientes, negocios digitales e inteligencia artificial aplicada al marketing, con la conferencia “Tu cliente cambió: maximiza su experiencia digital”.
