Fundación Reservas del País y el programa Coopera Banreservas acordaron un plan con el que se comprometen a impulsar y promover el desarrollo de cooperativas emergentes con alto impacto económico-social en distintas zonas vulnerables del país.
El plan fue rubricado por ejecutivos de la Fundación Reservas del País, y del Programa Coopera Banreservas, con el propósito de beneficiar a 10 entidades durante el primer año.
“Este plan contempla capacitaciones para las diferentes cooperativas, así como la instalación de aplicaciones tecnológicas que permitan llevar una adecuada visión contable y de registro de operaciones”, se explicó.
Aseguraron que, con el acompañamiento de Coopera, esta iniciativa propiciará la optimización de las gestiones operativas de cada organización favorecida y generará un impacto positivo en cada una, tanto a nivel económico como social.
Dentro de las acciones a ejecutar se contempla la instalación de las aplicaciones tecnológicas desarrolladas por Reservas del País, en colaboración con el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID); educación financiera, empresarial, gerencial, medioambiental y registros contables.
Además, se les ofrecerán productos y servicios financieros cuyas características y condiciones estén acordes con la actividad productiva de estas entidades.
Para garantizar el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas, Seguros Reservas y Voluntariado Banreservas donaron 5 laptops, que serán entregadas con la instalación del software que facilitará la gestión del control de las operaciones cotidianas de manera eficiente.
Banreservas y la Fundación Reservas anunciaron que con este acuerdo sentaron las bases para que empresas de economía social dominen los procesos que favorecen la incorporación y el desarrollo de cooperativas sanas y participen en un entorno jurídico, social y administrativo que les permita seguir progresando, como siempre lo hace Banreservas, apoyando a todos los dominicanos.
