SANTO DOMINGO.- La Superintendencia de Bancos, en ocasión de la celebración de la Semana Santa puso en circulación una guía de orientación, que incluye un mensaje del superintendente, Luis Armando Asunción hijo, donde destaca que en esta época de trascendental significado, se recuerda la crucifixión, muerte y resurrección de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
Expresa en su mensaje que además es tiempo de reflexión y recogimiento, de oración y renovación de fe, precisando que si va de viaje, conduzca con prudencia, protegiendo a los tuyos y a los demás.
El titular de Superintendencia de Bancos en su breve mensaje, hace un llamado a los dominicanos para que en esta ocasión actúen con responsabilidad frente al medio ambiente, conservando los recursos naturales.
Exhorta a la población gastar con responsabilidad, haciendo uso razonable de las tarjetas de crédito y débito.
“En la Semana Santa, si te quedas o si viajas, protégete y protege a los tuyos, racionaliza el gasto y regresa, si viajas, satisfecho de actuar con responsabilidad para continuar en paz con Dios y con tu sociedad”, reza el mensaje del superintendente de Bancos.
Entre las recomendaciones de seguridad en el uso de tarjetas de crédito y débito, explica que al seleccionar o cambiar su contraseña, evite un número que resulte obvio, o que se asocie fácilmente con su persona y que nunca comparta su contraseña con ninguna otra persona incluyendo personal del banco, mientras que también debe asegurarse que nadie lo observe marcar su contraseña.
Además se enumeran detalladamente los lugares hábiles que existen en todo el país, asimismo como los que están cerrados por disposición de las autoridades.
