Gana MAPFRE SALUD ARS dos galardones Premios Excelencia ADOCOSE 2020

En las tres categorías destinadas a las ARS´s, MAPFRE Salud ARS obtuvo las tres nominaciones, resultando ganadora en dos renglones: Área Técnica Del Año y Área de Reclamaciones Del Año.

Santo Domingo, R.D., Diciembre 21, 2020.- En el marco de la quinta Edición del Premio a la Excelencia de la Asociación Dominicana de Corredores de Seguros (ADOCOSE), la administradora de riesgos de salud MAPFRE SALUD ARS se destacó en las tres categorías destinadas a las ARS´s, obteniendo las tres nominaciones y ganadora en dos renglones: Área Técnica Del Año y Área de Reclamaciones Del Año. Con estos premios, reafirma su posición como referente en el sector salud del país, afianzando la excelencia en sus servicios.

La quinta edición se realizó de manera virtual, a través de la plataforma Zoom, con los protocolos restrictivos establecidos por las autoridades sanitarias del país para evitar la propagación del COVID-19.

“Nuestro compromiso es brindar excelencia a todos nuestros afiliados en cada servicio que ofrecemos, asegurando la calidad y agradecidos por la confianza que depositan en nosotros”, manifestó el Presidente Ejecutivo, Andrés Mejía.

La encuesta fue realizada de manera electrónica a 120 firmas de corredores miembros que componen ADOCOSE, aplicada entre el 13 de noviembre y el 3 de diciembre de 2020, mediante una encuesta en línea. Los resultados reflejan la opinión del 80% de la totalidad de los miembros del gremio, para considerar como muestra representativa para la validez de las respuestas obtenidas.

Los Premios a la Excelencia ADOCOSE nacen con el interés de lograr avances en la gestión del mercado de seguros dominicano, implementando un sistema que reconozca y promueva la excelencia en el servicio de seguros en las aseguradoras y administradoras de riesgos de salud. Se busca reconocer el esfuerzo por la mejora continua en la gestión de los servicios de seguros y se orienta a la visión de elevar el mercado de seguros dominicano al nivel de los estándares de clase mundial.
