Macarrulla Sabater considera injuriosa campana mediática

Santo Domingo, R.D. Julio 6, 2021.- El licenciado Lisandro Macarrulla, Ministro de la Presidencia y Presidente del Grupo MAC, denunció que está siendo objeto de una sistemática campaña de difamación e injuria, mediante acusaciones falsas para involucrar a la empresa de su familia en operaciones fraudulentas vinculadas a la construcción de la nueva cárcel sustituta de La Victoria.

Declaró que esa campaña de descrédito ha sido financiada y ejecutada por sectores políticos interesados en empañar la gestión que realiza el gobierno, y que instrumentalizando las legítimas aspiraciones de justicia que tiene la sociedad dominicana, quieren generar un clima de distracción mediática que desvíe la atención ciudadana de la lucha contra la corrupción que realiza la Procuraduría General de la República.

Aseguró que a lo largo de su vida, todas sus actuaciones públicas y privadas han sido hechas con transparencia, verticalidad y honradez, y que con esos mismos principios se manejan las empresas de su familia. Asimismo manifestó que está dispuesto a someterse a cualquier escrutinio en ese sentido.

“Por años, he servido a mi país como empresario comprometido con los mejores intereses de la nación y no permitiré que sectores políticos interesados en dañar y empañar la gran obra de gobierno del presidente Luis Abinader desmeriten y pongan en entredicho mi dignidad y honorabilidad” informó el ex Presidente del CONEP.

“Estoy dispuesto a demostrar las calumnias en el terreno de la legalidad y el debido proceso, que los rumores que han sido vertidos en mi contra en los últimos días son absolutamente falaces y no podrán mancillar, como se pretende, mi honor y el de mi familia, ni desestabilizar el rectilíneo curso de la transparencia y la decencia del Gobierno Constitucional de nuestra República”, expresó el reconocido empresario.
