La tercera dosis se suministra en Torre Banreservas y en el Club del Banco en Santo Domingo

Más de 30,200 dosis de vacunas contra la COVID-19 han sido aplicadas en los 12 centros de inoculación ubicados en las instalaciones del Banco de Reservas, dispuestas para esos fines en distintas zonas del país.

Esas vacunas han sido puestas a unas 15 mil personas, que fueron inoculadas con una o más dosis. En todos los puntos de vacunación Banreservas se suministran la primera y segunda dosis de Sinovac, mientras que la tercera dosis, correspondiente al laboratorio Pfizer, solo se aplica en la Torre y el Club de Santo Domingo.

Los centros con mayor asistencia son los clubes Banreservas de Santo Domingo y Santiago y la oficina Torre Banreservas, donde se han vacunado unas 10,000 personas.

Las vacunas comenzaron a ser suministradas en marzo en el Club Banreservas de Santo Domingo y en los demás centros a partir de junio.

Cualquier persona, incluyendo a los colaboradores de Banreservas y filiales, puede acudir a estos puntos de vacunación, donde son atendidos por el personal médico de Salud Pública y de la institución financiera, dispuesto para esta labor.

Liberada Alcántara, quien recibió su primera dosis en el Centro de Vacunación de la Torre Banreservas, al expresar su satisfacción por la atención recibida, calificó su experiencia como excelente. “Había personas esperando, pero no muchas, y estaban sentadas y nos ofrecieron café y agua”, añadió.

Yuliana Cabrera, otra de las que visitó el mismo establecimiento, coincidió con Alcántar al describir el proceso de vacunación como muy organizado.

Horarios y centros

Los centros de vacunación Banreservas permanecen abiertos de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 de la mañana a 3:00 de la tarde, para recibir a personas que cumplan con los parámetros de edad y salud establecidas por el Ministerio de Salud Pública.

Los puntos de vacunación están ubicados en las oficinas San Martín, San Juan de la Maguana, Charles de Gaulle, Occidental Mall, Los Alcarrizos, La Romana, Bonao, Mao y San Cristóbal.

Además de instalar los centros de vacunación, el Banco de Reservas se sumó a los esfuerzos del Plan Nacional de Vacunación, con la campaña “A esta historia, pongámosle punto final”, que incluye la realización de pruebas de PCR, antígenos y anticuerpos para sus empleados y relacionados.

Estas pruebas son gratis y de manera rutinarias y se efectúan siguiendo el protocolo sanitario recomendado por las autoridades de Salud Pública.
