Es el caso de Lisander Lara Peña, bartender y mixólogo de Punta Cana, que recientemente ha sido elegido como uno de los finalistas del Diageo World Class 2021, a celebrarse próximamente. Ha sido premiado en competiciones de gran prestigio como el Chivas Masters, donde tuvo la oportunidad de representar a República Dominicana y en el DMBA Bartender celebrado en Shanghái, China. En 2021, su más reciente logro ha sido coronarse como Campeón Nacional en Santo Domingo (República Dominicana), por lo que no cabe la menor duda de que en esta próxima competición mostrará su gran talento frente a prestigiosos bartenders y renombrados mixólogos.
Además, junto a Lisander, Cheytan Báez, otro de los talentos de la cadena Meliá en Punta Cana y ganador de la última edición de este importante evento, participará como jurado popular de esta edición del World Class 2021, a celebrarse entre el 5 y 8 de julio.
