Santo Domingo, R.D., 10 de junio 2021.- Altice Dominicana ofrece todo el poder de su red para hacer posible este 15 de junio la transmisión de Premios Soberano 2021.
Con miras a brindar una red de internet potente y de calidad para la transmisión del evento, la empresa de telecomunicaciones ha dispuesto toda su capacidad tecnológica para que los dominicanos y dominicanas disfruten de un espectáculo visualmente impecable a través de las diferentes plataformas disponibles.
Durante un encuentro en el Hotel Jaragua con los principales comunicadores y blogueros del área tecnológica del país, el equipo técnico de Altice mostró las instalaciones habilitadas y detalló paso a paso la implementación de su fibra de última generación, con doble redundancia, así como del poderoso wifi distribuido de forma estratégica para la conectividad tanto de la transmisión como de los invitados asistentes al evento.
El Director de Redes de Altice, Vitor Borges y el Gerente de Arquitectura de Red de Altice, Roger Díaz, encabezaron el recorrido con los comunicadores, a quienes explicaron que, para la transmisión de Premios Soberano, la empresa ha implementado cerca de 19,000 metros de fibra oscura con redundancia geográfica que garantiza una alta conectividad para la transmisión del magno evento entre el Hotel Jaragua y Color Visión.
De igual manera, se ha ejecutado un despliegue de 21 puntos de acceso Wifi con capacidad total para que más de 2,000 usuarios, ubicados en los salones del Hotel Jaragua para que los asistentes cuenten con una óptima red de internet para potenciar la transmisión, al igual que para el personal de prensa que cubrirá el evento.
Díaz sostuvo que también se han instalado 6 routers de última generación en los principales puntos del hotel, anillados a nivel de fibra y garantizando la rigurosidad en la estabilidad del servicio, esto acompañado de otras herramientas tecnológicas de última generación.
Altice cuenta con un equipo humano de primer nivel que supera las 50 personas, quienes están dando soporte y monitoreo constante a la red de internet habilitada, antes y durante la transmisión del evento.
En el encuentro con comunicadores del área tecnológica estuvieron presentes por Altice, Liza Arzeno, directora de Relaciones Públicas; Vitor Borges, director de Redes, Roger Diaz, Gerente de arquitectura de redes y Juan Gutiérrez, gerente de Redes IP.
Acompañándolos estuvo el productor general de Premios Soberano 2021, René Brea, quien ofreció detalles sobre la conectividad trabajada en conjunto con Altice para el espectáculo que se transmitirá el próximo 15 de junio, a partir de las 7:00 de la noche, por Color Visión desde el majestuoso Hotel Jaragua.
