SANTO DOMINGO. – El Presidente de la República, Luis Abinader, instruyó hoy a los funcionarios a adoptar una efectiva ejecución presupuestaria, dentro de la política de transparencia e integridad en la administración pública que aplica el Gobierno.
En un documento de instrucción, dirigido a funcionarios de los organismos autónomos y descentralizados no financieros, instituciones públicas de la seguridad social y las empresas públicas no financieras, Abinader reafirma el interés de su gestión en cumplir cabalmente con los objetivos de transparencia, legalidad, integridad, confiabilidad, oportunidad y eficiencia en la administración de los fondos públicos.
La disposición presidencial indica que se instruye a todos los funcionarios de los órganos autónomos y descentralizados no financieros, las instituciones públicas de la seguridad social y las empresas públicas no financieras, a ejecutar sus presupuestos a través del Sistema de Información de la Gestión Financiera (SIGEF), con el propósito de dar cumplimiento a los objetivos de transparencia del gobierno en el manejo de los fondos estatales.
Igualmente, instruye al ministro de Hacienda, al Contralor General de la República y a los órganos rectores del Sistema de Administración Financiera del Estado (SIAFE), a hacer cumplir la medida gubernamental.
Agrega que dicho cumplimiento estará sustentado en el uso de los mecanismos preparatorios necesarios “para que los referidos entes formulen y ejecuten sus presupuestos para el periodo fiscal 2022, cumpliendo con los principios de integridad, confiabilidad, oportunidad, eficiencia, legalidad y transparencia en el manejo de los recursos públicos”.
