La certificación de los sistemas de gestión de compliance penal y antisoborno son elementos relevantes a considerar para evidenciar la diligencia debida, la prevención de actos ilícitos y la implementación eficaz y mejora un sistema de gestión que permita, entre otros, asegurar y proporcionar evidencias a la dirección, administradores, autoridades judiciales, accionistas, inversores, clientes y otros grupos de interés que la organización ha tomado medidas razonables para prevenir la comisión de delitos, la corrupción y el soborno y así reducir el riesgo penal.
