Se suma DNCD a facilidades crediticias Banreservas

El Banco de Reservas y la Dirección Nacional de Control de Drogas (DNCD) firmaron un acuerdo que favorece a los agentes antinarcóticos con tasas fijas de 8% para préstamos hipotecarios durante tres años, entre otras facilidades.

El administrador general de Banreservas, Samuel Pereyra, y el presidente de la DNCD, contralmirante José Manuel Cabrera Ulloa, realizaron la rúbrica este miércoles en la sede del organismo antinarcótico.

Pereyra aseguró que este acto es una demostración de sensibilidad social de ambas entidades para otorgar facilidades financieras a los miembros del organismo antinarcóticos, que contribuirán a mejorar su calidad de vida.

Añadió que Banreservas pondrá a su disposición todos sus canales electrónicos y diversos servicios para que los agentes de la DNCD puedan adquirir viviendas, acceder a préstamos de consumo para artículos del hogar, así como para el disfrute de sus vacaciones.

Para el contralmirante Cabrera Ulloa “este es un acuerdo sin precedentes que beneficiará de forma significativa a más de dos mil miembros en sus anheladas aspiraciones de mejorar su calidad de vida y la de sus familiares”.

 “En estos momentos tan confusos, nuestros miembros encuentran una puerta abierta que le permitirá realizar, junto a sus familiares, el sueño de tener un techo propio y eso nos reconforta y nos mantiene firmes en seguir ejecutando programas en favor de nuestro personal”, subrayó Cabrera Ulloa.

El contrato establece que los empleados de la entidad, conformada por policías, civiles y militares, contarán con una tasa fija de 8% anual, por tres años, para el financiamiento de viviendas de bajo costo; y tasas preferenciales para préstamos de consumo como “Vacaciones Felices” y la compra de electrodomésticos.

Para beneficiarse de estas disposiciones, los solicitantes deben cumplir con las políticas internas del Banco, según el convenio.
