Santo Domingo Oeste, Rep. Dom., Diciembre 2020.- La vicepresidente de experiencia de clientes y calidad de Banco Caribe, Nelly Taveras, destacó que el aumento en el número de clientes y la demanda de solicitudes de servicios y de negocios hizo prioritaria la apertura de una nueva sucursal en Santo Domingo Oeste, para dar respuesta al incremento del dinamismo comercial de esta demarcación.
La ejecutiva bancaria explicó que esta nueva oficina es la tercera en este municipio y la número 23 a nivel nacional, y está ubicada en el primer nivel de la plaza Jean Luis, local 204, y brindará todos los servicios financieros a los sectores empresariales, personales y pymes de Herrera, Las Caobas, Manoguayabo, la prolongación de la avenida 27 de Febrero, Isabel Aguiar, entre otros sectores.
“En Banco Caribe tenemos la visión de convertirnos en el mejor aliado de nuestros clientes, cuando abrimos nuestra primera sucursal en esta zona lo hicimos creyendo en su potencial de crecimiento y en la seguridad de su gente trabajadora, emprendedora y cercana como nosotros”, destacó.
Al expresar su satisfacción por la apertura de esta tercera sucursal, Taveras precisó que responde a ese crecimiento de clientes y de la cartera de préstamo de la zona, que sobrepasa el 135% solo en el último año.
Al cierre del mes de octubre del 2020, la cartera total de créditos de Banco Caribe incrementó en un 13.5% respecto a igual período del año anterior, registrando el mayor crecimiento con un 38.6%, en la cartera comercial, indicó.
Resaltó que “mantenemos el liderazgo en el financiamiento de vehículos usados en la banca múltiple dominicana, resaltó la señora Taveras”.
Por su parte, Carlos Velásquez, director senior de negocios de la entidad financiera, manifestó que el diseño arquitectónico de la nueva sucursal coloca al cliente como protagonista de una experiencia de servicio, conjugando cercanía y comodidad para sus visitantes.
Agregó que esta nueva oficina comercial, con diseño inclusivo, dispone de tres espacios de caja, incluyendo una para discapacitados, tres puntos para atención al cliente, cajero automático y un sistema de turnos que hace más eficiente la espera y la atención a los usuarios.
Velásquez puntualizó que, en la sucursal Jean Luis, que abrió al público la primera semana de diciembre, “nos comprometemos a brindar un trato personalizado amigable y cercano, con servicios y tecnología de vanguardia para convertir a Banco Caribe en la mejor opción en Santo Domingo Oeste a la hora de realizar sus transacciones financieras.
