Las nuevas instalaciones se encuentran ubicadas en el Embajador Business Center, del sector Bella Vista, y cuenta con un una infraestructura de vanguardia y un equipo tecnológico de primera línea para garantizar un servicio ágil y personalizado en las gestiones de inspección de vehículos, reporte de siniestros, seguimiento y pago de reclamos.
El corte de cinta fue encabezado por la doctora Milagros de los Santos, presidente del Consejo de Administración, quien estuvo acompañada por los principales ejecutivos de las áreas de negocios, reclamos, infraestructura y administración, para dejar oficialmente operativo el nuevo local.

El centro de servicios ofrecerá atención de lunes a viernes de 8:00 de la mañana a 6:00 de la tarde y los sábados de 9:00 de la mañana a 1:00 de la tarde.
