De igual forma, ambos funcionarios reafirmaron el compromiso de luchar para evitar que los niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes dominicanos sean víctimas de las drogas.
Marte Martínez y Correa Hiciano sostuvieron una reunión de trabajo como parte de la campaña implementada por el CND en todo el país en busca de lograr la integración de todos los sectores de la vida nacional.
Durante el encuentro, celebrado en la sede de la Contraloría, Marte Martínez y Correa Hiciano, intercambiaron impresiones sobre distintos temas de interés para las instituciones que representan y el rol que desempeñan en favor de la sociedad en sentido general.
“Estamos recibiendo el respaldo de distintas personalidades, funcionarios e instituciones en nuestra labor de orientar a los jóvenes en torno al peligro que representa para la salud el consumo de sustancias ilícitas”, dijo Marte Martínez.
Dijo que desde el CND se cumple al pie de la letra con el organismo creado mediante la Ley 50-88, en el año 1988, en relación de ser rector de las políticas de prevención contra el uso indebido de drogas.
