SANTO DOMINGO, República Dominicana. Julio 12,2021.- La Asociación de Navieros de la República Dominicana, ANRD, afirmó que sus socios han realizado exitosas jornadas de vacunación alcanzando el 72% de colaboradores inoculados con las dos dosis contra la COVID-19, reafirmando su compromiso con las acciones del gobierno para contrarrestar los efectos de la pandemia y asegurar la continuidad del sector naviero como eje fundamental para la recuperación económica del país.
Las empresas del sector naviero han trabajado de la mano con las autoridades para realizarlas jornadas de vacunación en sus instalaciones con la finalidad de lograr alcanzar a final de julio un 85% completamente inoculados en el sector y continuarán concentrando esfuerzos hasta que todos los colaboradores completen el esquema correspondiente de vacunación.
Con esta iniciativa la ANRD busca continuar aportando con el esfuerzo nacional para asegurar la salud de la población y la reapertura económica, cumpliendo con las medidas sanitarias recomendadas por el gobierno y permitiendo mantener un flujo eficiente de bienes en los puertos del país.
“Desde la ANRD y sus socios hemos priorizado las jornadas de vacunación con la finalidad de apoyar el plan de recuperación de la economía nacional y al mismo tiempo velar por el bienestar de los colaboradores del sector naviero y portuario promoviendo la vacunación contra la Covid-19 como importante recurso para que el país logre avanzar y volver a la normalidad para seguir desarrollando y superar juntos los efectos de la pandemia”, expresó Heinsen.
Así mismo exhortó a todas las empresas miembros de la ANRD a continuar cumpliendo con los protocolos de lugar establecidos por el gabinete de salud para disminuir la probabilidad de contagios manteniendo los protocolos sanitarios, con el correcto uso de la mascarilla y el distanciamiento social.
